              Job ordered and $1000.00 deposit accepted on ********* paid with check ****** Only portion of job started was planting approximately 7-8 shrubs. Had been calling Mitt's to inquiry of incomplete work to no avail until October ***** 2021. Reminded Mitt of him taking and cashing my $1000.00 check and not completing contracted work. Mitt story was I had given him $500.00 which differed from the invoice which I produced to him at that time. After reviewing the invoice Mitt acknowledged and agreed to refund or work off the debt. It was agreed that he would refund me via ******** of which I forwarded him my info and have constantly forwarded my info (of which he acknowledges). $750.00 is what's to be refunded and to this day Mitt hasn't refunded any amount. This was estimated by Mitt to be a 2 day job

              Hired Mitt landscaping to pour concrete for new porch and walkway. Porch is unleveled and retain water . Boards was left on side of walkway now the walkway is cracking . Spoke to owner who stated that he was receiving complaints from other jobs done due to the concrete used . I paid $2200.00 upfront to mitts landscaping . Owner stated that he would refund my money . Nothing has happened after several calls and texts . Time period has been 3 months . Now i have to pay $3200 to have porch and walkway corrected. Finally was able to speak to owner after previous conversation. Owner stated that He didn't owe me anything. Please avoid using this company due to inadequate work and will not be refunded money when job is not correct.
