            We bought a mattress that has a 10-year warranty. **** came and looked at it and it has an inverted spring which causes a sink hole in the bed. My husband is having to sleep on a separate bed. I've been speaking with **** since ******** of 2021. I have been told repeatedly a mattress is on the way. No proof has been given to me and it is now 8 months later, and I still have not received my new mattress. They will not let you speak to the owner, *****. And **** is as far up as you can speak to about this issue. I will never buy anything from them again. Terrible customer service!*****************

            We ordered a chest and was told by the saleslady that it would be two weeks. We were serious about getting it within a certain time frame because my sons clothes were sitting on the floor. We have the chest now it's just a few days past two weeks the real issue is the customer service and how we were treated everytime we called. I was put on speaker phone and in between the manager talking to other people she sounded busy and frustrated with me. When my fiance called a few days after i did he had people sighing angrily over the phone, putting him on hold multiple times and then finally admitting they had forgot to order the chest on time. Tonite when my fiance picked the chest up he called and the manager..Star, was rude to him as she has been before with us. This is the last time this place will ever see our business.
