I ordered a dress two weeks ago for 3-5 business day shipping and it’s still not here. I’ve sent two emails to the help inbox inquiring about an update with no response. Made multiple orders before that and received quick shipping and good communication, but this order has seemed to fall through the cracks. I understand that it’s a crazy busy time, I work in retail myself, but I just wish I had been communicated with if the item was back ordered or delayed for another reason.The Mint Julep Boutique Response

Clothes are nice usually. Sometimes the sizing can be way off and strange for different items even when using the sizing tips supplied. I've ordered often and as mentioned, the items are usually of good quality and fit; however, I have had a return 3 times. Two of those times, I had to reach out because the store credit (no refunds here) was not applied. Both times, it magically "applied today". Be wary if you want to return something - this is not the best place when it comes to returns.Review from Jody K

Poor quality clothing that doesn’t look like the photo, awful return policy. Store credit only and you have to pay to ship it back, they don’t even give you a label. Never buying from here again.Review from Lydia P

Our policy is for returns only and we do our best to make our policy very clear by linking it not only in the footer of our website but in the item description on every single item and at checkout.

Purchased two linen style dresses from them totaling over $90 only to wear them once & when I washed them they both shrunk to the size of an large shirt. Talk about a complete waste of money. They have a lot of expensive priced items I would think a standard wash would not shrink the items. I reached out to customer service & they told me that shouldn't of happened & here's a $15 credit. **** *** **** am I going to buy for $15?! To replace ONE dress is $50!!!! Like come on! Do not recommend!! Buyer BEWARE! Unless you don't plan on ever washing the clothing be very careful!!!!! Not worth the money & the customer service was useless.The Mint Julep Boutique Response

This business cancelled my order after advertising for a free sweatshirt. My 3 friends all got theirs but a customer service rep was rude and lied and said the sweatshirt wasn't made when she saw it was free. My other 3 friends all got their sweatshirts, so she lied. She also said she would cancel all the orders but she only cancelled mine! So she was caught lying when the sweatshirts showed up! When I inquired about why she lied she didn't like it at all and insulted me further about it but refused to send my sweatshirt.The Mint Julep Boutique Response

Hey *********, the item you and your friends added to your carts was a test item for $0.00 and wasn't for sale. The sweatshirt wasn't advertised. We aren't exactly sure how you were able to located it on our website. We certainly do apologize for the error and inconvenience as this item shouldn't have been able to be seen or added to your carts. The team gifted you a $15 gift card for the mishap. This is not true. Three of my friends also saw it on your website and purchased the sweater. All of them received it! I was lied to by a rep saying it wasn't even a sweater made after 2 other employees had no problem with the sweater being free! So really this was a case of an employee lying and that is not right at all! I should receive my sweater as advertised on your website like my other friends receivedCustomer Response

I would also like to add that this sweater did exist as three other people besides myself saw it on your website and received it without hassle. I spoke to two different employees who checked on my order and not one of them canceled it. They just said it was custom so it would take longer. Then the third person I spoke to insulted me and cancelled my order. It's funny that you honored the other 3 orders and they all got their sweaters but not me! That is being very dishonest by lying about a sweater that does exist as my 3 friends got theirs without hassle. I should get my sweatshirt too as that same employee lied to me saying she would cancel their orders too but did not. So she lied twice because they all got their sweatshirts except for me. Five weeks still and I have not received my items. They charge my credit card immediately but still have not recieved my items. Requested a refund and I was informed only a store credit. Item was stated it was in stock when ordered, obviously it wasn't. Poor customer service.Review from Cathy V

Fastest shipping ever!! And very responsive customer service! They don't offer a refund on returned items (just store credit) but I've always been able to use the credit :)
