              I deposited my check on *****/2023 for $2,850.00 and one for $950.00 an the money clear on my account today so I tried to use **** *** an add some of the money from my account so I can pay my rent an other bills an it kept declining so I went ** *** ****** ** ******* ** an they was trying to say that it was fraud so they put a block on my account and keep giving me the run around talking about they gone close my account an the money is showing green as I’m sending this message I really have to some important business to take care of an I have a ****** ** ***** ****** I reported this because I need my money immediately am I hope y’all can help me that I reallocate appreciate it.

              This bank has the worst costumer service ever. They do not care about anyone or anything but getting money. I had a credit card with them for the past 9 years... interest free and then they decide out of the blue to add interest. Who in their right mind does that? No notice, no anything. I called and they were beyond dismissive and rude. I have closed all of my account.... business and personal. Shame on you.
