            I dropped my vehicle off for a minor repair, only for my vehicle to be wrecked. The owner claimed to not know what happened and never offered an explanation, nor did he ever initiate communication. He had my vehicle for approximately 40 days saying he was getting an estimate; refused me a rental car. I really tried to give them the opportunity to do the right thing, however, there was lie after lie. I finally picked up my car, still no estimate for the damages as promised and they still had NOT done the work they were being paid to do. I had to file on my insurance and after my CAR WAS DEEMED A TOTAL LOSS, I finally received a call from his insurance company. I was so very upset and very disappointed with this business. The ONLY reason I gave them one star is because they FINALLY did what I was asking, THE RIGHT THING, it took 2.5 months. I would never use Evans Tire and Auto Repair again
