    I received notification of a recall from Hyundai, but I hadn’t had the problem at that point! On **** *** 2023 I experienced an issue where my engine and oil light came on simultaneously and my car slowed to a stop then sped up slowly. On the **** I took my car in to Hyundai. I could not get a loaner or anything until my car was diagnosed. My car was diagnosed **** *** 2023 and still no vehicle. On that day I received 12 issues with my car which is crazy because I take my car in on a regular basis for maintenance!!! I have called repeatedly and physically showed up to the dealer to no avail. The service manager immediately threw corporate under the bus. I called corporate hoping to resolve my issue but yet again hurry up and wait!!! I’m at the end of the 3rd week of waiting and still no end in sight… I am paying a friend to use their vehicle and now they need it back, but what am I to do ??? Continue spending money when I most likely won’t be able to get to work unless I do. The service manager said it will take 6 months to get reimbursed for a rental, and that he has every loaner out. I now have $2093.00 in repairs and an engine waiting to be fixed and NO END IN Sight Taylor Hyundai informed me this morning that once there is a mechanic available, he would be freed up and work on my vehicle. This experience has been extremely frustrating, especially since Taylor Hyundai was aware of the significant recall issues(?). There appears to be a lack of preparation and the customers are now suffering because if it. My engine has been delivered and is sitting there for any mechanic to have availability. That is unacceptable. I am disappointed, frustrated, and angry! I know that Hyundai is better than this… The customers deserve better than this!!     I am writing to express grave concerns about the behavior and service Taylor Hyundai's dealership provided. I have faced significant difficulties in scheduling necessary repairs for my vehicle. I am dismayed by the apparent lack of cooperation and possible service refusal based on factors such as age, sex, and ethnicity. It is entirely unacceptable. While trying to schedule an appointment for a software update—KSDS (Service Campaign 966)—I encountered considerable resistance. Only after intimating possible legal action could I arrange for the required repairs on June 6, 2023. Despite this, my vehicle experienced severe malfunctions a month later, rendering it immobile. Despite my vehicle's eligibility for the Powertrain Limited Warranty coverage, I have been unable to schedule the necessary repairs. I have been calm, professional, and polite in my attempts to schedule and resolve this needed service. Still, my attempts to communicate have been repeatedly stonewalled, with calls diverted to an automated voicemail system and assurances of callbacks that never occur. I also notified Taylor Hyundai of my intention to utilize the 10-year/100,000-mile manufacturer's repair warranty but have received no assistance or follow-up. This treatment is an apparent disregard for my consumer rights and the terms of my warranty plan, posing potential risks to my vehicle, surrounding property, and other road users. Furthermore, this situation is causing me unnecessary distress, exacerbating my chronic mental health conditions. I intend to escalate this matter to the Hyundai corporate office, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Attorney General's Office of Georgia. I am also contemplating seeking legal counsel for possible action against Taylor Hyundai dealership for their gross negligence, unprofessional behavior, and unethical practice.

    Customer called 07/21/2023 and talked to Danielle, told us engine is misfiring and her husband moved the plug to cylinder 1 and misfire moved to cylinder 1. She wanted to schedule an appointment to get it looked at. Danielle transferred to scheduling dept. and customer left a voicemail. Scheduling did not return the call. The customer called back later same day and "Scheduling dept." attempted to schedule an appointment but she wanted to talk to someone after Danielle had told her she was sending her back to Scheduling Dept.

    Those are the only 2 times she has called. I called her this morning and she said that she had taken it to "another dealership" for repairs and no longer needed our services.

    Nobody at Dealership declined to assist customer plus engine misfire is not covered under the engine class action suit, just rod and main bearings .Dealerships do not decline warranty work as we are paid directly from the manufacturer for service rendered.
