The Mustard Seed collects donations of furniture, appliances, and household items to be donated to pre-qualified families and individuals to help them re-establish a home. The organization serves families who are going through drug rehabilitation, returning veterans, and suffering from domestic abuse, homelessness, natural disasters, and economic instability. The Mustard Seed also recycles unusable donated items for their individual parts. According to the organization, in 2014, The Mustard Seed served 25 to 30 families per week in central Florida.
