White caps need to be installed over the screw heads. This could not be done until after the inspection was completed. Accurate knew when the inspection was completed (last fall), because they sent crew members to remove the ratings stickers from the windows which also could not be done until after the inspection. I waited a couple of months, but when I did not hear from them, I contacted them and spoke with Frank on a Monday. Thursday of that same week, I received a message from Frank saying that the installers would be there in the morning to complete the job. Although Frank left the message on my voicemail at approximately 2:30 on Thursday afternoon, I did not receive it until 9:38 that night. I had left my phone in the car after running errands that day. I immediately called his voicemail, apologized, and said that I would not be home on Friday morning. I had a prior engagement. I do not have the exact dates, because I didn't think that I would ever need that information. However, I believe I called Frank in January, because I did not want to bother them during the holidays. It is now March and still no white caps over the screw heads. Please note that the installers were excellent. They were pleasant and professional at all times. The same cannot be said of any of the office personnel. Could you please arrange a time that is convenient for both the company and me? I have no desire nor should I be expected to hound them to finish the job.
