    This was the worst experience. Check in was 2 hours behind. Groceries melting in the car as we waited to check in, had a sleeping baby in the car... Room was filthy. Sand everywhere- grime on bathroom and windows. Dirty dishes. -all Amenities are closed. Disclaimer was provided to call to see what is closed due to "current situation" (covid) I did so as advised. They were all stated as open, aside from the gym. Once we arrived additional amenities not disclosed as closed were unavailable. Indoor pool for routine sanitation. Indoor put put and arcade for renovation. We anticipated rain and went w a resort w "indoor amenities". should have had us busy. But they are all closed. Misleading and disappointing. Noise pollution is a joke. We couldnt sleep and left the resort staying elsewhere. We couldnt turn up the TV enough to drown out the parade of jeeps with there max volume systems of jumbled music as they passed by. There are no towels at the pool. Ours got blown in the water and were soaked so I asked for more and they said they only send them to the room. We were also not allowed in the lobby wet. We were forced to drip dry outside before entering in order to go upstairs to the 12th floor to get fresh towels. No flex in the policy. My family had to seriously wait to dry- to enter- to get towels from our room. It was insane. Window cleaners came down unannounced while my daughter and I were changing in the bedroom. They got an eyefull. Disgusted. I cant believe they dont notify you. How simple?! Room service knocked while simultaneously opening the room door to again walk in on me topless. Misleading. Unprofessional. Closed amenities. Loud. Dirty. No privacy. No dry towels. Late check in. And it took 2 weeks for the GM to contact me regarding outgoing mail that they failed to ship, I was offered 100$ credit toward future purchase. I wouldn't give them more money in order to redeem. I tried working directly with the company. I want a refund. Pd$1037.00 on 03/31/2021

    We love Vacation Strategy! We have been using them for over 10 years! They have saved us so much money booking our vacation resorts. We have stayed at Bonnet Creek in Orlando several times and also the resort in the Smoky Mountains. They are professional to work with on the phone and through email. They have made our vacations so much better!
