It was a great experience working with PMG in cancelling my Timeshare contract with Exploria Resorts in ********************** had become a financial burden for my family along several health issues.PMG worked diligently to successfully release my obligation.I would highly recommend PMG to anyone who is considering relief from a Timeshare.************************* *************Review from John K

My wife and I started this process just about 3 years ago in the peak of the pandemic. Primo let us know and were very transparent that it would take roughly 3 years to complete. With all of the ***** delays it took just about that long. I lost my wife during this process and our assigned representative, ********* was hands on immediately. My wife handled everything for us, but ********* (****) reassured me that she would take care of me and she did! I am not tech savvy at all, but she facilitated everything for me and made sure I was aware of what to expect every step of the way. This is a huge weight lifted off of me. If you are starting this process, please know that it will take time, but Primo will advocate for you 100%. I am happy we chose them! If you are on the fence, choose Primo you will not be disappointed. Patience and you will be timeshare free like me!Review from Richard G

PMG helped me cancel my timeshare in a timely manner considering we reached out to them during the pandemic when the resorts were not focused on cancellation requests! It took 2 1/2 years to be released and that is good and expected timing. They did bi-monthly follow *** and anytime I emailed them for information or a concern they responded within 24 hours every time. I was a bit hesitant in the beginning because they do need a payment up front however they followed through with everything we were told they would after our payment go get started!Review from Daniel M

Although it may take a long time, PRIMO Mngt Grp will track your case, continually put pressure on the other party to ensure you are happy with your departure from the predatory time share organazations. I was fully relieved of all financial obligations and finally received a Form 1099 stating so. Just be patient....money well spent.Review from Ethyel C

I highly recommend Primo Management Group. They are experts in their field, and they will fight for you until the mission is accomplished. In my case the mission was to get me a confirmation from the time share company stating that they cancel my time share account and halted all collection activities. It's a great feeling, and I will always be thankful to Primo Mgt Group.Review from Troy P

This company is absolutely useless. If I could give less than one star, I would. We've been working with them since November of 2021 and still have zero resolution. They called me today to tell me they had an update and that update was to pay half of my past due balance which would equal over sixty five hundred dollars at this point..... they offered a settlement of around two thousand back in 2022 and primo told us that they could get us out without having to pay a settlement as they first offered so we declined. The lady tells me that it's a "reasonable offer" and I should consider it due to our past due balance! HAHAHAHA!!! I've asked to speak with a manager and they told me she wasn't available so scheduled a phone call next week... I have constantly had to ASK for updates despite being told that we'd get bimonthly updates at minimum. This month is the FIRST TIME someone actually called me with an update that I didn't request. Otherwise, I've been receiving the same email responses when I ask what's going on over and over saying "we're working on it, has anything changed on your end?" They have literally done NOTHING that I couldn't have done myself 2 years ago and had this handled! Every time I speak with my account rep, it's also a different person so I don't even know who is supposed to be working on this but clearly they're not doing their job. I asked for a refund and they told me no. If they gave me the refund for what I paid them to sit around, I'd have the funds to pay the settlement and be done with my time share!PRIMO Management Group, Inc. Response

Primo Management Group was very helpful and has done what they said they would do. Every month was a follow-up and plan of action for the next month was given. Primo Management Group called even when no one was able to answer the phone at the moment. They followed through with a complete email saying that a call was attempted and providing information on the status of the account. All bases were covered. It kept us calm without leaving us wondering what was happening. Although it took some time, the moment of closure was worth it.
