Dixie Pool & Spa made a Pool,Deck and Enclosure through Permit #********** and Job #*****, it was completed early 2021. Since early October 21 I notified Chris, svc mgr, eo some leaks on the TOP gutters of the enclosure. I've had call her about 10-12 times and the salesman Marty.
As of today they have not even returned any of my calls, nor send anybody to fix the problem.

Mr ******* is not the original owner nor warranty approved customer. Warranty is not transferable from customer to new buyer. Dixie pools tried to assist them as a courtesy. The new homeowner will need to contact a screen enclosure company directly for service.Customer Response

There comments are non-sense.
First, My review shows that No related document to the first owner state that the warranty is non transferable.
Second, Dixie pools contract includes to build a pool WITH ENCLOSURE. they subcontracted the enclosure to a third partie. Therefore I don't even know the name of subcontractor. How come will I supposed contact them? In October when i first submitted my request to Dixie pools the claim was before the one year warranty period, now I don't know if the subcontactor will honor the warranty.
Third, they claim they "assisted me as a courtesy". I ask what kind of assistance is this?? I have contacted them since October/2021, (to Chris their sevice manager) I called her some 25 times. Few times she promised to contact their subcontractor but never receive an answer.Dixie Pools & Spas Inc Response

I understand that this is not the answer you are looking for Mr *******. The warranty is only in place for the original homeowner, so when you called back in October 2021, the warranty was no longer active as the home was sold. You can call any screen enclosure company for assistance with your current issues.
