First, My review shows that No related document to the first owner state that the warranty is non transferable.
Second, Dixie pools contract includes to build a pool WITH ENCLOSURE. they subcontracted the enclosure to a third partie. Therefore I don't even know the name of subcontractor. How come will I supposed contact them? In October when i first submitted my request to Dixie pools the claim was before the one year warranty period, now I don't know if the subcontactor will honor the warranty.
Third, they claim they "assisted me as a courtesy". I ask what kind of assistance is this?? I have contacted them since October/2021, (to Chris their sevice manager) I called her some 25 times. Few times she promised to contact their subcontractor but never receive an answer.
