BEST POOL CONTRACTOR During the start of the pandemic I wanted to put a pool in my background after saving for many years. I looked all over the web and found a contractor that had beautiful pools pictures and decided to call them. I paid them a huge amount and they managed to pull out permits and build the shell. Contractor again asked for more money which I gave them and then they went bankruptcy into chapter 11 and finally chapter 7. I had a hole with large mountain of soil for over 2 years no backyard. I found out that contractor had done the same for around 500 different people that wanted pools. I could not fine anyone to take over initially the pool project until I found a company that was in business in Orlando, Florida for many years, had an excellent reputation and I decided to call them, the company name ARTESIAN POOLS. I spoke with Mr. Keith Cooper of Artesian Pools and he immediately came over and gave me a new estimate that included ripping out all the junk that was left since some of the sides had caved in. I signed contract and in record time he and his staff came in, got new permits, plans and build a Dream come true pool oasis in my backyard immediately. Artesian pools has done a wonderful job each time they have done work on our home. Their employees are always on time, professional and work hard to get the job done in a timely manner. The best part was the communication with the staff and the quality of the project. Artesian Pool staff kept me up to date with the timeline and never failed with dates. Finally I had the perfect pool in my backyard. Artesian Pools gave my wife and myself training on how to use all the equipment and maintain the pool. Best pool contractor ever. I would definitely recommend.

It all started over a year ago. They were to start in January but didn't start May. First they made one hell of a mess that I had to clean then they told me that they could not match the brick pavers to my side walk. So now I have to shift everything around and make it look like what I want. They only worked on my pool once a month and now they are over the 120 days that was scheduled to finish. I will not be able to swim in my pool this summer again. Now the electricians came when we were on our vacation and ran a conduit down the side of my house. It looks like shit and when my wife called they said it's just how they do it and they don't dig to bury it ( just paint it). They do work like they own the house so maybe they need to make my house payment. I strongly do not recommend Artesian pools to anyone. They don't do nice work and they do it there way not want you want.

Artesian apologizes that the ****** are unhappy with their pool project. We don't like pool projects running longer then originally anticipated. Unfortunately the entire construction industry has been affected with labor shortages and supply chain issues which has slowed down projects. Our contract was signed on July 14th, and we have the owners at the time sign off on approximate start times (these are hard to predict, especially with supply chain issues in the construction industry). The Bells signed off on approximate start times at 7.5-9 months. We got started in the middle of may which was 10 months. Not to bad considering. We have the owners sign off on approximate timeframes to build, which is 120 days (from excavation to filling the pool with water). Once again hard to predict 10 months in advance. We should be filling the pool with water next week, which is 5-6 weeks longer then what was predicted. Unfortunately the entire industry is having issues with supply chain and labor problems causing delays in pool construction times. We don't bury electric conduit lines, we strap it to the house. This is what we do on all of our pools that don't have electrical prewires. Maybe our client can post a picture of the "don't do nice work pool", because I don't think most people would agree with this statement. As far as the "hell of a mess". This is a pool construction zone, the yard is dug up for the pool, the plumbing ditches, the grade etc. It certainly is a mess, but when we finish the job, it's not a mess. We never like clients being upset, but also won't accept bad mouthing us on these platforms, when it's really not deserved.
