The workers used red chalk and left permanent lines across the top of over 1,500 pavers. The replacement pavers did not match whatsoever. I was told by the owner that those installers were fired, but my patio still looks terrible. They promised to fix it all, but changed course and we are left with a disaster of a patio a year later.Review from Katherine F

I highly recommend Big Pavers for the excellent work and service! Amazing company, helpful, punctual and the service performed was perfect, wonderful and exceeded our expectations! The quality of the workmanship, perfectly aligned and very well placed, the quality of the stone and all the service! Our deck had a lot of problems, but Big Pavers solved everything and performed amazingly beyond what we expected! Big Pavers changed the coping of our pool and stairs, expanded and remodeled our deck and put stones on our lunai! All perfectly aligned with great precision and dedication! The stone and its color are very beautiful. We are loving our new deck and lunai! Thank you so much Ed and the entire Big Pavers team!

I'd give a zero if I could. Was completely bullied by this company yesterday. It was disgusting. I asked them not to move forward with the project THREE times. I gave the crew "no go" signal twice which they picked up on both times. I told Ricardo on the phone to stop the project, as we were in disagreement somehow on the work. He didn't want to do what he sold me on which was removing the tiles and mud before putting the pavers down.. Instead, they went right over the tiles which I told them several times NOT TO. Then they still send the invoice. The main guy that was out here was the only guy that spoke ANY english, or was willing to open their mouth. The main guy didn't seem to understand words like 'electricity'. He told his crew to continue after I explicitly told him it was over. These guys should not be running a business. How many times do you have to tell someone to stop. And still sent the invoice at the end. WE DON'T ALLOW BULLYING ! I am willing to take a polygraph on this matter - Will they?Review from Susan K

Simply the best! Big Pavers takes customer satisfaction and craftsmanship to another level. If all paving companies followed in their footsteps, a dissatisfied customer wouldn't exist. And as a customer, you couldn't ask for more. They will go above and beyond (as we have witnessed), to accommodate their customers in any way they can. We have used Big Pavers on two separate occasions, both times they've exceeded all expectations. The first job they did was our driveway, walkway and created a step up entryway. The second was the pool deck with its many issues and imperfections. Not a problem for Big Pavers, they conquered and completed every challenge they encountered. In addition, they also worked well with and around the pool company doing the renovation work. We also recommended them to my son, another outstanding and beautiful job, well done! After interviewing many different paver companies, we chose them, and I'm so glad we did. From price to product quality, customer service and adhering to a schedule, every box was checked, plus some. Matt and Anderson were always available for our every need and every question, all 5,000 of them :). They kindly explained the process from start to finish, then sent an amazing team led by Louis to fulfill our vision. Be ready to see true teamwork, a rarity in todays world. You will be impressed as this group of very hardworking and talented individuals work together, piece by piece, to turn your dream into a reality. I must say that both my husband and I have felt a bond with these men that goes far beyond a business transaction, they sincerely are good people.
