On 12/3/2023 Surface Smart came to my home and told me about the great job they do on driveways. Told me the cost to do my driveway is $900 and they require $300 upfront so I paid it and he gave me a date for the job to be done, however, during the course of waiting I received approval to do my roof so I told Surface Smart representative to put the job on hold until completion of my roof, they agreed. When the roof was completed I called and I was told that phone number is no longer available. I am still trying to find them to get my $300 refunded.Review from James D

Absolutely the worst paver cleaning and sealing I’ve ever seen. Knocked out pieces of paver and didn’t replace any of the sand they blew out. Pavers were not sealed at all. I have called them several times about black fungus growing and they still have not even called me back. What else can you say. After giving them $1495. I’m worse off than before they came. Now I know to find someone else I don’t know.Review from Liz S

We had difficult job as our pavers were 16 years old and never been sealed before. After the cleaning and sand then sealer it looks like all new pavers. We couldn't believe how good it looks! It looks like it did 16 years ago when new! Also had great communication between the office as to when they would be out and information on sealer, etc. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Melody in the office always returned my calls and was so helpful too! I would strongly recommend this company!Review from Rob W

We had a large job, 3500 sqft. The pavers were in good appearance condition we felt until the crew completed the job making them look better than when installed a few years ago....The crew, can't remember all the names-Alex, Tyler, etc. all showed courtesy and professionalism in their work at our home over 4 days. The pavers looked so good when completed it made our 4500 sqft of driveway look bad so they did an awesome job pressure washing that as well. These guys worked hard! We have recommended Surface Smart to others that have complimented the job.
