The amount of disrespect and lack of assistance from financial aid, student services, or education managers make the school 100% NOT WORTH IT. They treat you like children and give you absolutely no respect even though you're attending one of the most prestigious and expensive tech schools is the entire nation. The school had many good qualities and tons of great instructors but its downfall is the atrocious student(customer) service and the pathetic excuse for online learning/hybrid education crap. It winds up being classes consisting of almost no substance resulting in the daily commute feeling like a complete waste of fuel and time. This school could be 100% online and you'd miss almost nothing from missing the "hands-on experience" that they claim. The learning aids are subpar at best, many classes are missing tools or learning on equipment/vehicles that have been so worn out by countless previous students doing work and inevitably making mistakes as the learning process entails. In addition to the terrible training aids, you have a few instructors that don't like the school and make it well-known that they don't care about the school or job and when you go to student services, financial aid, or education managers you're always treated like a child or with such utter disrespect or lack of care that you'd think you were going to the lowest rated community college in the nation when in reality you're at the most expensive trade school in the nation being treated like you should be thankful that they are gracing you with their bountiful knowledge. Overall, a huge disappointment and most of what the recruiter says is a lie. They're no different than military recruiters. At the end of the day you're just another body, another paycheck. You receive almost no hands-on training anymore and the little that you do receive is either made nearly impossible due to missing/broken equipment, lack of enough equipment for a whole class, or totally worn out training aids. AVOID!!
