            In August 2021, we paid Winter Park Roofing $14,800.00 for a new shingle roof that was installed on our residential home. During Hurricane Ian in September of 2022, we experience water leaking and intrusion into our garage. The garage is covered by a peaked roof- there is no other ceiling or building above the garage. There are no gutters or anything else in that area to retain work and back up the area. After the hurricane, Winter Park Roofing came out and inspect the area above the garage. The inspection revealed that the roof is so rotted they can put their hand through it. The SAME ROOF They replaced 13 months ago. They are refusing to repair their subpar work. They are refusing to assist in tarping the roof- so now we have to pay additional contractors to tarp the roof, and have to repair and repaint the dry wall in the garage. There work product is shoddy and they refuse to stand by it.
