      THIS MOTEL IS THE WORST. THEY NEED TO SHUT IT DOWN. ROACHES, MOLD, TO PLUMBING ISSUES. THEY CALL IT A RESORT. THEY FRAUDULENTLY TAKE YOUR MONEY OFF YOUR CARD A MONTH LATER LIKE YOU WOULDNT NOTICE. THE SERVICE SUCKS, THE CLEANING CREW DOES NOT CLEAN. ITS UNSAFE YOU HAVE PEOPLE SELLING ***** OUT OF THE HOTEL ROOMS. SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO AN INVESTIGATION. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. THE WORSE HOTEL IN FLORIDA. THEY CHARGED MY CARD $155 WHICH WAS THE FULL AMOUNT EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT STAY. I HAVE MY RECEIPTS OF MY HILTON STAY. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMAND THIS MOTEL EVER IN LIFE.

      Hello, we have spoken to this guest and she has proceeded to go around and post reviews on multiple sites. the guest booked through a 3rd party that was originally to be paid to the 3rd party. the guest cancelled the booking with the 3rd party but still stayed two nights with the hotel. therefore the guest is responsible for the charges. As we care about our guest stay, proceeding to blackmail the hotel to remove the charges or she will post negative reviews is not how we operate. Stay Safe.

      I stayed in the resort with my girlfriend for the night to relax because it was for my birthday and the room looked Horrible, The place smelled like weed, The customer service was really horrible especially when when I was trying to check in the hotel and one of the employees would stay talking to the one of the customers for about 30 minutes until I find the guy we go in and I got was overcharged where the original price I was getting into the hotel the beds were always wet outlets were looking it was not part of it it was forced into the vents for the bathroom was even disgusting I would never come back to this resort ever I would really will wish I can get a refund because this is was not fair for how I pay for the room just for me and my girlfriend can spend the night is this horrible hospitality I'll type of being overcharged I really pay for my room and I had to pay extra just just staying in my room that I paid the right amount that it show me what I was supposed to be paying when reality I had to go there and pay extra just so I can get my room key this is ridiculous and overpriced for no reason Also was told that the mountain my money I paid was just a down payment like it was just a car dealership

      By reviewing your account you were not overcharged as the total was the final amount of your confirmation which would have been after taxes and resort fees. A security deposit was held of $50 which is also mentioned on your confirmation which was already released back to you. We do apologize that you had issues in your room, I do not show that you mentioned any issues during your stay. did you speak to anyone at the hotel so that we may have been able to correct any concerns you may have had? We would be happy to speak with you directly to resolve any concerns you may have and a separate email to you has been sent in hopes to do so.

      Thinking my stay at this Resort would be great it turned out to be awful. So my ten year old son left his phone on the bed while we went to the water park for the day. So we get back to the room around 5pm and we notice our room was cleaned my housekeeping. And my son's phone was nowhere to be found. We search the whole room. So I go down to the front office to report it. I don't get to talk to a Mgr. They tell me to come back the next morning. I go back the next morning then I'm told the housekeeping Mgr will contact me by 930 which never happens so I go back down at 1130. Then finally he comes down to talk to me. I'm told oh it might have gold folded up in the sheets we will let u know by 5 today if it's found at the laundry facility. It gets to be 545 I'm going to office he's coming to my room oh can we search your room? Which me and my kids I've already did. And again no phone. That man told me he was going to talk to the Mgr to see what could be done and he would contact me cause I was leaving in the morning at 3am. He would contact me before he left. It got to be 8pm I go back to office to find out he left for the night. After a week leaving this hotel not one time did the GM Manager call me she just wanted to email me. Then they turned it into there insurance company after two weeks This man calls and says they will not be taking care of my son's phone because I didn't leave my son's phone in the safe. So when I tried to talk he didn't want to listen or hear what I had to say. And it's funny they keep wanting to holler out also my son's phone might have been misplaced. How can it be misplaced if it was left on the bed in the hotel room and the last person in the room was the housekeeper who cleaned my room. So this place doesn't know how to handle business right or treat there customers right. And property coming up missing.

      Hello, Ms. ***** has been contacted by myself, the General Manager, and our insurance company. A full investigation had been completed and there is no evidence that helps locate your phone or shows proof of the phone. We also have been transparent and have recommended if you feel that there is foul play that you contact the authorities, which at the point i have no record that you have done so.
      This is not a typical experience and we are very sorry that you had to experience a misplaced item on your vacation. We wish you the best moving forward

      It is so funny they say misplaced phone on my vacation the phone was left on the bed when we left the room to go to the water park. The housekeeper while we was gone cleans the room. We return and the phone isn't in our room where it was left. So how is that misplacing a phone on our vacation? When we know exactly where we left it.

      Do not stay here, they gave my room to someone else even though I paid for it weeks ago. I informed them that my sister would check in a day late. They book the room to someone else that I already paid for. As of now I still don't have a room and still waiting on house keeping to clean a room.

      I stayed here a full week. AWFUL. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is not clean and the staff is no where to ever be found! I could go on with how horrible this place is, so to save time I took pictures. There were baby roaches in the shower, sink, and we even found one in the bed. We went to the office to ask for an extra pillow.. we waited at the counter for 15 minutes. The lady was just sitting in the other room on her phone. She finally came out and stated they had nothing so we asked for an extra blanket because all we got was 2 sheets! No comforter or anything! Two THIN bed sheets. They said they had nothing. The AC took about 3 hours to cool down the room. We stayed all week and no one came to replace our towels or take our trash can out until day 5. The door was locked but had a HUGE gap. (See picture below) we woke up at 2am with the smell of cigarettes. I do not smoke and neither does my boyfriend. We opened the door and the neighbor was IN FRONT of our door. Not his, but OURS. The room stunk of cigarettes. The next night the neighbors then smoked Marijuana. It leaked into our room. We had cigarettes and Marijuana smell in our room. The bathroom shower certain hanger was all broken and there was so much dirt and dust on the sides of the walls in the bathroom. Had to wear shoes in bathroom and shower. This place is disgusting, unsanitary, and a waste of money. Roaches, unsafe doors, staff that doesn't care, and unsanitary. Save your money! This place is a DUMP

Our housekeeping policies are stated on our website and in our confirmation emails and pre-arrival that we do not provide services until the 5th day unless otherwise requested. we hope to hear back from the guest

      Below you stated what ****** said. However, it did NOT address the cockroaches in the room, the service at the front desk, the safety of our door to our room, the marijuana and smoking as well.

We have security as well to be able to respond to other guests who do not follow our non smoking policy and are near and affect other guest rooms.

      The WORST customer service ever! Front desk only answer is I don't know. Not willing to solve any questions or concerns, worst experience ever!
