Very good company to work with! Would use them again the staff Brandon, Michael, and Ben were great and easy to deal with. Was very comfortable with them here at my home. Stood by their quote and did the work that needed to be done. I've already recommended them to other people.

Be forewarned about Prime Plumbing!! This company will install unnecessary items (verified via Manufacturer) to milk extra money out of you, overcharge you for their poor quality of service, not honor warranty claims, and lack all ethical professional practice. They're service manager actually made the statement that "they aren't use to dealing with customers who had some plumbing knowledge". That just shows this company lacks morals from the top, down. Whether you have plumbing knowledge or not shouldn't determine the quality of service. I have had multiple interactions with this company after an initial job I had them do (which was done poorly). Every time they attempted to "make things right," more problems came to light that were just disgraceful and showed the true colors of this company. The last and final straw, was finding that they charged me an extra $420 for a valve (market cost of $65) that was unnecessary. I called the Manufacturer, and they had no idea why a plumber would install such a valve where they did and had never heard of one doing such a thing. The manufacture recommended to cap off the line and throw the valve away ($420 down the drain). I will never do business with, or recommend this company again! No remorse from prime plumbing despite bringing these issues to their attention. I get the feeling they are used to their employees doing sub-par work. Ultimately, I wish I had all 6k back just to rip out their work and re-do it all properly for a fraction of the price.

WE will NEVER call this company again. Claimed that fixing the internal flushing of our commode would cost $425 and talked us into having a new one installed would cost $900 installed which in a moment of weakness we gave the go ahead. A friend said we paided more than double the fair price and were the victim of elder abuse. So we checked with home depot and found the exact commade was on sale for $199. The installer did spent about 10 minutes showing us how to flush out our sink. So say $100 for that and $199 for commade means we paid $600 to install a commade!!

It's sad to hear that you will never use Prime Plumbing again. All our service technician did was provide you with two options that he presented to you. The first option was the complete toilet rebuild which consists of new fill valve, new flush valve, new tank to bowl gasket, new toilet handle and new supply line. Which would have solved your issue. The second option he presented to you, that YOU chose to go with was a toilet replacement. Our service technician AT NO TIME took advantage of your "moment of weakness" YOU sir chose the repair that YOU felt fit for YOUR needs. Please explain how giving you options and YOU picking what felt best fits your needs is "Elder Abuse"? Apparently showing you how to clean out your sink as well must be elder abuse in your opinion. Here at Prime Plumbing we stock minimum 20 American Standard Champion Pro 4 toilets at all time due to the fact that ours is by far more superior of a toilet over Home Depots regular Champion 4. We are constantly reordering pallets of these toilets because our clients do research and find that our toilet is far better than Home Depot when you compare apples to apples. You sir are comparing apples to oranges and here is how i know this. The $199.00 toilet you mention from Home Depot model #747AA107SC.020 (home Depots model#) is not anywhere near the same toilet that we provided you. The Only Toilet that comes close that we installed in your home that YOU chose that Home Depot offers is Model# ************ (Home Depots #). This toilet that is almost an exact comparison to ours; home depot sells for $399.00 Plus tax seat not included. Toilet alone with 7% sales tax is $426.93. Toilet seat that is not included but for that toilet Home Depot model# 5321A65CT.020 (Home Depots model #) is $61.75 plus 7% tax. Toilet seat total with tax is $66.07. Total price for home Depots toilet that is almost exact match to our toilet is $493.00. The Toilet that Prime Plumbing installed because YOU chose to replace it cost you $480.38 with no tax because there is no tax on plumbing. Our toilet is $13.00 cheaper than Home Depot. Please do your research before you complaing to the BBB and writing false negative reviews on our google page. I will also be responding in a shorter response to your google review due to the fact that google limits its character count on review responses. If we were you , after learning the facts and comparing apples to apples and not apples to oranges we would remove the reviews that were posted with inaccurate information and incorrect facts because proper research was not done before hand. Please feel free to contact us anytime for future services, we don't hold grudges we like to educate all of our clients.

I contracted with Prime Plumbing for a septic system replacement. They requested $4000 as a deposit. Two days later I called to postpone the contract as I thought: 1. I was going to get a second opinion 2. Found out the salesman wasn't exactly telling me the truth when he said I had an 'open permit' for a previous contract from 10 years ago. This was discovered when I call the health department and they told me the replacement was unnecessary. When I called to ask for the money back I was told their accountant was out of the office and he knew that $4000 was a lot of money. He would send it shortly. I received only a portion of the $4000 ($2800) 3 weeks later. Here is my response to them - they have never returned my email Today we received your check. Not only is it 3 weeks late but it's full of bogus charges. When I spoke to you 2 weeks ago you stated you knew $4000 was not a trivial amount of money and you would be sending the check. You made no reference of additional charges. You are stating that we owe for: Dispatch fee - your plumber was on site when discussing the replacement tank. We paid $808 on April 16 for the initial work that involved his dispatching, diagnostics, and the resulting digging I met your soil sample person as he was leaving the site. I advised him that we were not going to pursue the replacement. There should have been no diagnostic or permits pulled especially since we cancelled within 3 days of making the contract. You are also stating there was 5.5 hours of preparing paper work. Again the $808 should have covered that especially since I was with the person as he was putting things together on his tablet. If you filed for a permit then I'd like a copy of said permit. I will not contest the $175 for the soil samples. But, again I did advise the sampler the job will be cancelled One main reason for the cancelation was I feel that I did not receive the entire truth from your 'salesman'. He stated there was an open permit for the first time the septic was replaced. I called the health department and was informed the permit was closed 3 months after the project was completed

Our trip out on 4/16 was to clear the line after the septic tank was pumped but flow was still not restored. We tried every possible method to try and get your system flowing. Here are the notes left on that visit from your signed invoice: "Technician's Notes: Ran ****** through both clean else cleared blockage ran camera noticed that there was water holding in a 4 foot section of pipe show the homeowner dug up the tank show the homeowner that it was back pitch the wrong way need to dig up the tank and re-level it. No Warranty" After going out with crew to level tank it was discovered that this tank is below the water table and unable to be leveled. The only way to remedy the situation is to replace with concrete tank and replace drainfield, possibly with mound system and pump depending on soils. Yes, many hours of investigation, planning permitting was spent which we were willing to waive due to signed contracts for us to replace the septic system. Furthermore, regarding the honesty of our technicians, we would never recommend a system to a customer that they do not need. Your original permit from the ORIGINAL installation of the septic system was never completed and signed off by Department of Health. This is further indication that the system was either not sized correctly or installed properly in addition to all of the visible problems while we were on site and what warranted us being called out to address them.
