I'm filling this on behalf of my 86yr old mother. When my mom noticed a small bubble on her kitchen ceiling, I punctured a small hole and drained about 1/4 cup of water. On 09/13/21, a plumber from this business came to repair a pipe in the ceiling and to replace the shut off valve outside of the house that I realized was also dripping when I went to shut off the water. After repairing the pipe, the plumber turned the water back on. My mom said water started pouring out of the ceiling and the plumber ran back outside and turned it off. He told her it was 130 degrees in the attic and it should dry. A couple weeks later we noticed the ceiling warping approximately 3 ft from where I punctured the bubble. We planned on calling them the next week, but on 10-2-21, I walked out to the outside valve that also had been repaired and realized water was leaking even more than it was before it was supposed to have been replaced, so I called them then. They did come that day and replaced the valve. This plumber took pictures of the warped ceiling. On 10-21-21, we had not heard anything and spoke with Rebecca. She said she would get with Harvey. On 11-02-21, still had not heard anything, called again and was told to leave a message on Harvey's personal voicemail. It is now 11-21-21 and still no response from Mr. B****. So much for his slogan "Honesty Without Question". Since his employee did more damage, he should be responsible for the repair.
