            About a year and a half ago, we had a sinking floor in our manufactured home and we called tomkatz to come out. We were given an initial quote of $5000, but as the job progressed, it went up to $6000 due to differences in the flooring to be installed. Last month, our dining room started sinking and I was becoming sicker with a cough, and it was found that we had MOLD! Tomkatz installed over parts of the floor that were wet underneath the sink area, and it is right next to the part of the dining room that sunk in! We had Kustom come out and look at it, and it turned into a huge fix that cost over $17,000! We had black mold in the walls of our kitchen, the floor in the dining room and even underneath the new floor that was laid in the kitchen by Tomkatz. They also found the wrong plywood had been laid down when Tomkatz did the job, and now I am dealing with all of this repair to rid my home of the mold, and being sick from exposure to it, and just feeling like Tomkatz let me down!
