THE ABSOLUTE WORST! This company has horrible customer service. We were required to pay a fee just to meet with them, which sounded like a scam, however we decided to move forward with the meeting. After the consultation fee and the initial deposit was made, there was no more communication. They only accepted communication via email, again, strange and would respond once monthly if that. We ended up hiring another company to complete the job and counted this experience as a learning experience. PLEASE do not waste your time with this company. You will regret it. They do not value you as a customer, nor your time and money. If we could give them ZERO stars, we would. I wish that we had gone with our gut on this one. ****** learned.Land Art Landscape Architecture Response

************** wanted special treatment outside of the contract. The contract states specifically that communication is by email, the contract states when fees are due, the contract states that we service clients in a first come first serve basis. ************** had a bill due and did not pay it for almost three weeks. In that time when he was past due, we did not work on his project and began and continued work on projects that did not have a "past due" status.
Nov 1 Our engagement with ************** began on November 1,
We are closed for three weeks in December.

Feb 26 - Email from ************** to Land *** L.A. "We would like to get an update on the status of our project and an ETA for completion of the final construction documents as soon as possible. Please advise. Thanks."
March 4 - Email from ************** to Land *** L.A. "We are writing to express our concerns regarding lack of communication and failure to follow through. For several months, we have had ongoing issues with either no response to our correspondence or the responses were severely delayed. These actions have made us feel were not valued as customers and our project is not important to you. This is very frustrating given the shortened timeline that we were working with as communicated to you in October prior to our contractual agreement. You stated that the timeline was not an issue and that you would be able to deliver prior to the submission date of December 2023. Your delay in completing the documents and lack of response has led to increased costs associated with our project, which has taken its toll on us. Please provide an ETA on the completion of our construction documents by March 5, 2024. Thank you."
March 4 - Email form Land *** L.A. to ************** "Your delay in payment once originally accepting the concept design put other projects in front of yours. The review set is enclosed, and we await your comments."
March 19 email to Land *** L.A. from **************: "On January 19, 2024, you sent an email stating that the final payment was received and that you will strive to have the landscape architectural drawings completed within 7 days. To date, I have not received the final drawings. I have repeatedly contacted you requesting an estimated timeframe of completion and you have not responded to any correspondence. This email serves as a final attempt to request the completed architectural drawings by Friday, March 22, 2024. If the completed and final drawings are not emailed by 3/22/24, you are confirming that you have abandoned this project and breached your contractual obligation and I expect a refund in the amount of $1,750.00 by 3/22/24 via Zelle, which is the original form of payment."
March 19 email to ************** "No one has abandoned your project; you're simply expecting special treatment that is outside of your contract. As in our contract there is no specified time frame, and we work on a first come first serve basis. When you delayed the remainder payment for a week that put three projects in front of yours, other clients paid their fees and advanced their project while you decided to go outside of our agreement and make your own terms. I would suggest that you not try that with your contractor os your house will never finish, they do not have time for that sort of engagement either.
The signed and sealed drawings are enclosed, and my company's commitment is completed. "************** has a full set of drawings that we signed and sealed. ************** sent an email to our office on January 19 and his project was put back into the active projects schedule and then it was competed, and review drawings sent to ************** on March 4. No response was received and then when ************** sent a nasty email on March 18 he was sent a full set of signed and sealed drawings and advised that our engagement was fulfilled.
Architects, Landscape Architects, Engineers do not meet clients on a "free" basis, that is reserved for salesmen and handymen. ************** should read his contracts before he signs them in the future as communication by email, first come first serve client service, payment schedule are all clearly stated in the contract.
As of this date, March 20, 2024 at 6:09 p.m., there are not permits applied for or pulled on ************** property. There are zero permit applications active on the property at this time.
