    Hello - I closed on my new build ABD home 2/22/22. I paid $75 extra 6/21/21, during the design phase of my new build home, to have an extra outdoor ceiling fan electrical box installed. Builder's plan only allowed for 2 ... I paid $75 extra for the 3rd. I had arranged for electricians to install the outdoor ceiling fans on 8/9/22 and they inquired where they should be installed. I wasn't sure, so I asked Tito C*******, ABD warranty person, to show me where the exterior ceiling fan boxes were. He went into my garage attic and said there were only 2 electrical boxes installed. I asked, at that time, to be refunded the $75 I had previously paid for the 3rd ceiling fan box. Never received a refund. I then texted the builder's warranty person, Tito C*******, (text is the only contact method for ABD warranty related issues) who indicated he would contact Deborah H****** (ABD design room person) & Yuval B******* (ABD president) advising them that ABD failed to install the 3rd fan electrical box. No refund received after the multiple texts I sent Tito. In addition, I emailed Deborah H******, Yuval B******* & Matt B**** @ ABD Development advising of same - I paid $75 for 3 fan boxes and ABD only installed 2. See attachment. No reply to my email and no refund. I want the $75 they were paid, for services not rendered, refunded to me as soon as possible. ******************

    After closing there is a SUBSTANTIAL punch list and I can't even take a shower due to the grout defects in all three showers.Thanks ABD, I wanted to spend hundreds of thousands so I can shower at a relatives after closing. I'm glad I have family here, otherwise I would have had to check in to a hotel. This is why you do an inspection ahead of time, address the significant issues, do a walkthrough, and close with a much smaller punch list and showers the owner can actually use after closing. I was worried ABD was trying to hide something with the way they use contract language to limit your ability to inspect your home prior to closing and they proved me right. ABD should be embarrassed by the state this house was left in, but they could care less, they got our money. No buyer should have to see their home in this state at closing. You may have an occupancy certificate from the county, but their was no pride in workmanship shown in the construction of this home. I hope that ABD will take some responsibility and get these errors fixed soon, and correctly. I don't want rushed repairs, I want proper construction from skilled workers. Clean paint lInes and appropriate amounts of caulking. I want the horrific looking baseboard corners adjusted properly and I want the bottom 2 feet of drywall in the bedrooms to not be noticeable because they have now been taped and mudded properly. Most of all, I want to be able to take a shower because the grout has been cleanly and completely installed in all three of our showers. Please be professional and own up to your mistakes, the photo and video evidence of the condition of the house speaks for itself. JUST MAKE IT RIGHT. I wish I could post a few pics or the 10 minute video of all the issues, again I just want ABD to make it right.

    This complaint is utter nonsense. Mr. *********** house looks exceptionally good. He's been unreasonable from the start and verbally insulting and abusive to ABD employees. Every new house closes with a punch list, and per our contract, ABD has a reasonable amount of time to cure the items noted on that list. We are addressing each and every legitimate item in this customer's house, and we will meet or exceed industry standards for all. Some people will never be satisfied or happy, no matter how professional we act or how much we accommodate, and that is certainly the case here. We will deliver on our quality promise and Mr. ********* will have a beautiful luxury home with hundreds of thousands of dollars in built-in equity, in spite of his abuse.

    How are three showers I couldn't take a shower in since closing utter nonsense? LOL.. Keep trying.. What in my review is incorrect? Does my house not have all these issues?

    What have you had to accomodate? Have I asked you to fix anything that isn't a real issue?? Insult your customers, it's ok.. All my review did was ask you to fix the multitude of issues that exist in my new home..
