Had an issue with my cornhole boards. Picture was very good but the rest of the construction was extremely poor. So bad in fact I had to rebuild and repaint them. I email the company for advise and help. The never responded. That was 3 months ago. Worst customer service I have had in a very long time. I would recommend they be shut down until they know how to treat people. I still have the email to and from them. They do not care. Guess they figure it's hard to ship back so they don't care. I wish I would have read all of these reviews before spending $225.00 with this business. On 6/21 I ordered UNIVERSITY OF LOUISVILLE corn hole boards for my dad for Father's Day. I was told it would ship in 5-6 business days. Almost 3 weeks later I received UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA corn hole boards! I contacted them on 7/12 and they said they would issue a call tag. I contacted them again on 7/16 and told them I never received the call tag and was told it was EMAILED to me on 7/14. I am still waiting. A transaction that should have taken 5-6 business days to complete has now taken over a month and is still not done. They don't seem to care one bit. BUYER BEWARE!
