            On 3/2/2021 signed purchase agreement to replace my front door/side lite. Provided 50% deposit (several $1000s). Said installation would be 4-6 weeks. Called 4/6/2021 to check status and told door in paint shop; would be 1-2 weeks until schedule installation. Heard nothing since from them. When we call business (numerous times over two weeks), no one answers and phone says mailbox is full. After nearly 2 weeks went to shop yesterday - locked and paper in door says "showroom closed come back later." Left note there to call me; haven't heard anything. Did get call from another customer with same issue.

            Horrible. Was not satisfied with the job or the lack of information about the job. Tried telling the owner *** about my concerns and he immediately turned it on me saying he wasn't to blame for any issues....acted as if I was supposed to know all the in's & out's of the process....it's not like I get my doors replaced annually! He's the owner! Who else would be responsible? He then hung up on me! It's his responsibility to make sure that a potential client knows that the there may be additional costs. On top of that, the doors don't even work very well...they stick and are a struggle to open. The guys he hired to do the work, although they are nice, couldn't fix the issue and blamed it on the quality of the doors. I would have worked with him, to get this resolved, if had just apologized and offered to help correct the situation instead of acting like a child and getting defensive and blaming others. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone...ever.
