Took this company three different times to fix the roof because of a leak. being that the leak was not fixed correctly two times it caused damaged to our garage wall and our living room wall. I called this company starting in Oct, 27 ******************************************** back, left texts as they asked and still no reply, this went on for weeks 11-14-23 I got a call that they were on their way they would be their at 9:00 am I explained due to no notice i had appointment and would see them at 10:00 am that day. they came and assess the problem return the next day ***** 23 I asked about if there were any mold up in the walls that should be addressed.??? they completed that work day and had to come back to fix the damage walls in the garage and living room. then it took from the *****-23 to 11- 28 23 to fix the walls in the garage and living, He messed up *************** it looks like i have a snow man on the wall were he was trying to repair it and that is not going to work. from that day to this day 2-3 24 still have not came back, after call's unanswered text unanswered. this is so unacceptable for a company, and they have got to get back here to fix this problem they caused to my living room wall. i will be out of town for a few months and it needs to be done by 2-7-24, all my pic are on my phone...they have pic of this problem as well.
