Outstanding!!!!!! Work ethic of each crew member was amazing. They really took pride in their workmanship. They arrived on-site as promised. They all hit the ground running. Everyone knew exactly what they had to do. I almost had to force them to take a water break....... The "leads" walked me through each step of of the install. ************************* discussed the inspection process, the app I will be using and the general operation of the system. The crew had some problems with my attic's access but worked the problem and got the job done!!!!! The job site was left as it was found. Overall, A++++++

I purchased an extensive system from PES Solar in 2020 before everyone in the house started working from home. We didn't build a large enough system to offset four people working from home. Therefore, I called PES Solar, and we looked at six months of bills. We decided the best thing to do was add panels and tie them into the existing system. There was constant communication telling me about each step of the approval process. We were able to use a virtual notary to get everything signed. They filled out the paperwork for ************ Once everything was approved, I had an install date. They had to reschedule, and I was okay with that. Then, I had a death in the family, and I had to reschedule. They were very understanding. This morning, the guys arrived on time and got to work. Some were working on the panel, and others installed 11 new panels on the roof. Once they were done, they cleaned up their trash, informed me of the status, and made sure I knew what would happen from there. I am just waiting for the app to update and show me the newly added panels, and I will be all set.
