            My vehicle to magic mechanic to have my upper and lower ball joints replaced on my passenger side front and a track bar and I also had an oil leak and I believed it was coming from the vacuum pump but it did not have a leak there but I'm not a mechanic that's why I took it to a mechanic shop they replace my upper and lower ball joints and the track bar but they put a scratch on my rim and my other rooms don't have a scratch on it and it is a quite obvious scratch on the outside of my rim and there's oil and grease all over it that's what made me look at The rim because of all the oil and grease and then I seen the scratch on it and I pointed out to him and the manager JD didn't even acknowledge it and also right where he work replacing my vacuum pump be put to elbow dings and the panel right where he was working I have gotten estimates to pop the dings out they told me it would be a $300 to pop the dings out and $300 to buff out the rimI contacted the owner Larry he didn't acknowledge

            We will not dispute this review" This car was a problem car between parts that were on national back order we had no control over, to having issues bleeding the cooling system to unexpected oil leaks as the saying goes if it could go wrong it did" In order to make amends we installed customer supplied parts at no charge and to date or as our understanding the car is operating properly and all Magic Mechanic repairs are under our 3 year 36,000 mile nationwide warranty.

            No, the car is not working properly. It is still running hotter than normal. The part that I supplied was to replace a part that was not broken at the time I brought the car in for the initial repairs. It was broken during the repairs. I have an appointment with another shop that knows what they are doing.

            So your aware the parts that were leaking or broke afterwards were parts that were cooked by the turbo charger they were hard and brittle, I fault the technician for not recommending them when he had them apart but he didn't want someone to think he was up-selling so since they didn't seem to be leaking when he removed them he reused them. I know your pissed but if you want any of these issues resolved I'm willing to do so at no charge to you just to show I am sincere" I have been in business for 33 years a bad review is a rarity for us it happens but we are human, I'm sorry you had a problem and I'm willing to do what ever I can to resolve it, Just let me know if I can help in anyway"
