      Recently had an oil change, tires rotated as well as wiper blades replaced. The appointment platform offered services so I added wipers at was supposed to be $15 labor. Was blindsided by a bill for $178 for 3 blades, should have went to auto zone. This dealer is a rip off and what they promote as add one while scheduling doesn’t clarify what the expense covers. Additionally, it took twice as long as first stated. Let’s see how they handle my warranty work, they could redeem themselves. The service advisor was a nice guy.

      My name is Jazhiel *********. I recently went in to the Alfa Dealership in regards to a 2018 Giulia Quadrifoglio you guys have had for several weeks. I was greeted by one of the salesperson and we walked around the car and turned it on for a few minutes. We talked about Payment options and if I was going to trade in my current Giulia and I advised I had it payed off and wanted to keep it, I was just wanting to get a 2nd one. I also advised that I would write a Check and buy the Quad if everything went well. the Salesperson asked for my licenses so we could go on a test drive and went inside to get a copy. After a few minutes Mr "Timothy ***********" comes out with my license and looks at me up and down, chuckles and asks me if I'm sure I can buy the car or want to drive the car just for "fun". Then he said they don't let people "drive the quads". I overlooked his racist remarks and simply said I wanted to drive it to see how it felt because I had a couple concerns, 1. the Bumper was Glued on, 2. The Engine made a weird noise. I've owned a Quadrifoglio before that had a similar noise but it rode smooth without any issues. I just wanted to test it out before giving a check that I already had prepared to buy it. At this Mr ******* said to me , "If you don't like these things then maybe you shouldn't drive it". At this I smiled and got in my car and left. My wife and I were incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied. Never have we been treated so badly and felt so uncomfortable especially in an Alfa Dealership. We have bought from Planet Alfa in Miami and Alfa Romeo in Daytona Beach and have been more than pleased with the service provided. Mr ******* was disgustingly Racist and those actions are not going to go unnoticed.

Hi , nowhere in the comment did it say that I wanted to drive the car without a dealership employee, I don't understand that response? There was no miscommunication at all, there was just unfair treatment and racist remarks. If there is going to be any type of acknowledgment for what happened please say the right thing instead of going away from the situation by insinuating that I was looking to test drive a vehicle by myself. You can re read the review and get some more clarification of what happened.

      From your original review it sounds like a horrible miscommunication. At no time in your interaction with Mr. ******* was race an issue. We apologize if you felt this way. Because of the type of car you were looking at, it is Mr. ******* responsibility to insure the safety of the driver and other drivers on the public roadways. After your remarks regarding the condition of the vehicle, it was our understanding that you were not interested in purchasing the vehicle and a test drive was not necessary. It looks like we did not communicate well with each other on many different points. Our owner Mr. ******* has attempted to reach you.       Love bringing my vehicles here, they are always friendly and look to make everything beneficial for me!! Last visit, the advisor was able to rush me in, and found warranty repairs that needed to be done. Quick Excellent Professional Highly recommend
