      Biggest bait and switch operation I have ever dealt with. Was sold a veh and promised a rate and payment. Went to sign paperwork and pick up vehicle only to be told that sales person entered wrong purchase price and now monthly payment would increase by 150.00 and interest rate also up 2 points but we are sorry. NO THANKS! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! ZERO STARS!

      I was in an accident and needed to get my car fixed, so i took it to a place called "four corners auto" in davenport, (big mistake! Stay away from that place) they really ripped me off, they basically took my money ($10,000) and did no work to my car, just put the old parts from the accident back into my car and only fixed what i could see from the outside. As soon as i got the car back I immediately brought it to Bartow Ford, they were amazing they took care of me right from the start! they took care of all the repairs that the last place neglected to fix and didn't do, they really went above and beyond for me, they kept me updated every step of the way, they were fast and did an amazing job! If i need any kind of auto work done, this is the place i am going to go. 100%

      I bought a 2018 Ford Expedition on July 20th that was not on the lot yet and had not been serviced but I was told I needed to sign papers that night to get the price and they would service the vehicle and detail it and it would be ready the next day. I also purchased 2 new tires for the vehicle and was informed that they would be put on during service. The next day came and my vehicle had not even got into service nor gotten detailed, I was not kept informed as to the status of my vehicle, I had to keep calling to get updates only to be let down that there were none. Friday finally came around and I was told the oil change was done, brakes changed, tires put on, rotated and balanced. The detail wasn't done but I could bring it back for that when parts came in for a seat fan and the sunroof clip. I picked up my vehicle, got it home and realized they never put my 2 new tires that I purchased on my vehicle. They took all 4 tires and just rearranged them. So I called and spoke with cj who said he would give me 2 free tires to make it right. I was fine with that. Monday comes around and I drop the car off to get the detail done and tires done, seat fan and sunroof. They had my car for 3-4 days and said the wrong parts were ordered for the seat fan and sunroof and that they are now on back order. Pick the car up again and the detail wasn't done, only the tires were done in 4 days. Start driving it and there is a squeaking noise that started with a cold start and a rattling noise and a service control malfunction light came on. I contacted CJ who then called me ungrateful and to give the car back because they've done more than enough for me and that a rattle was normal. It wasn't until I sent him a video of the sound my car was making that it was determined that it was the cam phasers - I was informed the rattle would be gone after those were fixed. My car is in the shop again with the same rattle, and the same light and no one can fix it - just excuses from owners.

      Just picked up my 2018 Ford Edge from having the motor replaced. From start to finish, Aaron, our Service Advisor, was patient, professional, and kind. He explained everything clearly and kept us updated almost daily. He went above and beyond what we've come to expect for service. We can't say enough good about the treatment and service we received. It was an unfortunately expensive repair that Ford corporate refuses to address, but we were so pleased with our experience at Bartow Ford. They made a bad situation just a bit easier. They ARE different...and they prove it.

      Since the General Manager of Bartow Ford will not take my call or call me back, I will call them out here for their shameless and dishonest dealings. Cameron experienced a "shudder" now and then while driving her truck. Friends with the same year and model said it was maybe a transmission thing. She took it to Bartow Ford. They take it in the back - no witnesses there. Service writer or associate Carlos comes out pretty quick. Oh its this part on your transmission that is nationally backordered. Plus if I could ever get the part it is very difficult to replace - have to remove the entire transmission and it will be $2700 at least. Or we can replace the entire transmission for $5,000 since your transmission is bad anyway! Oh and she should not drive it because it was going to throw metal pieces into her transmissions or engine. She drove home crying. I called Carlos because I purchased a warranty for major repairs on her used truck and the company wants the mechanic to call them. Well he gave me 14 different whiny excuses why that was a problem and he couldn't or would not call them. The truck had to be there. The warranty company would ask too many questions and would ask them to take it all apart and take photos and the very high cost of doing that would be on me - for a few. So I suggested she take it to her friend's Dad's shop. Brian treated her like a regular person not like she was brainless by being a girl and all. Funny, the first thing Brian checked was the fluid level in the transmission. I would assume that would be the first thing any mechanic would do. Turns out it was just about empty, barely registering on the dip stick. Brian filled it with new transmission fluid and went for a joy ride to attempt to hear the shudder. It has been four days and the truck drives like a dream - no shudder. AND according to Brian her transmission is perfectly fine! So Bartow Ford what gives?

      NOTHING was amicable or any decision made! Bartow Ford tried to defraud us out of $5,000 plus - they attempted to apologize for "my experience" - NOT for what they attempted to do - like they bumped into my cart at the market. To cover their cheating, lying and fraud they attempted to throw money at me, fake concern and the time old good ol' boy excuse that I was arguementive - when all I did was state the actual facts and ask how is my child's faith in humankind restored and how does Bartow Ford think they can "FIX" their attempt to defraud us. So out of touch with serving the female population, I am sure he was going to ask me next if I was on my period fir why I will not except their lame apology. 2022 and Bartow Ford is still treating women like we are idiots!

      Purchased a new 2019, Ford Ranger Lariat in May of 2019. Paid 1k for a folding Tonneau cover. Let me add, that Bartow Ford, came highly recommended. Who else would drive 60 miles one way, to a Ford Dealership, when others are located closer? The next week, we drove to MI, thru pouring rain storms. When we arrived, everything packed in the bed of the truck, was soaking wet. We took the truck to Elder Ford (Troy MI) and was told it was not the correct cover for the truck. (The truck just being introduced back into the market, that year, there were no "after market" amenities available yet.) We were not told this! I called Bartow Ford, to let them know, we would be bringing the truck back. We drove the 60 miles, to get service for the Tonneau cover... They "adjusted" it. We have drove to Bartow Ford a total of a total of 3 times (just for the...TONNEAU COVER!!!) After the 3rd time...I demanded that they replace it...with much reluctance....they did. I am relatively sure this Tonneau cover we have now, is not of equal value. It is falling apart! This is an After Market Accessory Co. located within the dealership. Most difficult people to deal with! Now we will get to DRIVE back to Bartow Ford, to attempt to get some type of resolution. I have attempted to contact the owner of Bartow Ford..to no avail....Everyone we have dealt with, within the dealership itself , have been most accommodating. I for one, will not car shop here again, if Bartow Ford does not remedy this situation, to our satisfaction.

      I am sorry that Mrs. ******* is having problems with the Tonneau cover. We can do one of the two options, we can continue to try to fix the issue that the part is having or we can just reimburse the initial amount of money that she spent for that part and also she keeps the tonneau cover that is on there now in its condition. From my understanding we have tried to fix the first one and it seems that it did not work and we replaced it with a more expensive one. I am sorry that she feels that way about Bartow Ford, we do try extremely hard to make every customer feel comfortable with our services and the products that we sell.

      You are forgetting the fact, that we are 60 miles away from Bartow Ford. I don't want to continue traveling over there, for adjustments.... Do you not have tonneau covers that are made specifically for the Ranger? We love this truck, but we would love it more, with a " More Problem Free Tonneau Cover. If you are saying, you will refund our money, that we paid, so that we may go elsewhere, because you can't rectify this , then that would be acceptable.
