Rinaldis is a stand up company that takes care of their customers, i have read through the reviews to see that communication maybe an issue on one of these but my experience has always been great and have issues that they stood behind.Review from Mark D

Excellent service! My 3 year old Pentair UltraTemp Pool Heat Pump started getting Low Refrigerant error messages, so I called ******* and ******* came out and did a comprehensive system diagnostics. Problem was a Capacitor failure. He didnt have on on hand, ordered one and ****** installed it the next day. Very nice and knowledgeable technicians and really cared about my concerns and even gave me a great discount on price. Many Thanks!Review from Vicki h

Well I am going to rant here. I called 10 places yesterday's specifically looking for someone to work on a window air conditioner. Finally found one Rinaldi's. I specifically ask the girl Crystal if they worked on window units and she said yes. Said it would be 112 for them to come out and diagnose it and service call. When the guy came out he said we do not work on window units. So it cost me 112 for them to tell me no. Then when I called back she called me a liar and said I didn't say window unit and that's what I was calling about all day long. I asked her if the 112 went toward the repair and she said no. So I said okay. I will never use them again and I'm sure they don't care but I won't. Everybody else to beware. I apologize for the confusion! We do not work on window units primarily because the cost of repairs out weighs the cost to replace. A reimbursement check has been mailed to your residence.Review from Joe M

Horrible experience, they were hired to clean my coil and everything was going well until they put a screw thru the coil. They replaced it with a unit that was half the size but was allegedly newer and more efficent. My air conditioning never ran the same again. I had Rinaldi's out 7 different times in June and July because the system was nott cooling correctly and they replaced other parts trying to figure it out. They replaced a capacitor on 7/5 with the incorrect size which then caused my outside fan motor to blow. They then told me that the coil they installed was missing a part that needed to be scheduled for install. When the tech came to install the part he noticed that the coil part number was not the correct one for my air handler. They had installed the wrong replacement coil, and that is what had caused all of our cooling issues. On 8/8 they installed the correct coil and it seems to be working. I had requested their Manager Tim call me multiple times and he finally returned my call 8/18 to which he then notified me that the coil was still missing a part. I have had to take off work 9 different times, and with every appointment we were without air in the 90+ degree heat, then our AC had to run constantly to get the house cooled back down. My wife works from our home office and had to take days off because the temp inside our house was in the high 80s. Tim told me today that they would not be coming out to install the remaining part and I informed him that I would be contacting an attorney.Rinaldi's Air Conditioning Service Response

JOE, Rinaldis did own our mistake of a screw being punctured in your evaporator coil which we immediately went down to carrier and purchased a new coil at no cost to you due to it being our fault. Mario did advise that the coil was not right so at that point the parts department contacted carrier to have them state that the coil is correct. When said coil was ordered it was ordered with a mistype on a number and this is why the coil was wrong. We did own that as well and you and I spoke in the office person to get this all taken care of. The new coil that we finally received did not have a TXV with it from carrier which we contacted carrier to find out they do not have said part and is on back order. All manufactures are having these issues anymore. We did not leave you down with out air. We installed a piston regulating devise that pretty much does the same job as a txv. I never once raised my voice or directed you on the phone even after you kept saying your calling an attorney and at that point I did say we will wait to see what the attorney says. I am hoping your words are out of frustration as I understand completely. Rinaldis has not dropped the ball on you or your A/C. Have great dayCustomer Response

You did own your mistake, however had no regard for my time. This experice cost me 5 PTO days from my job and my electric bill was ridiculous. Yes I did come see you....because no one would call me back and tell me what was going on. Yes you did not leave me without AC and covered the cost of the repair, but that is what you were supposed to do. The customer service and communication was horrible and there was little thought about how your mistake affected the customer and their lives. All I asked for was a refund for the original call that set this fiasco in motion and the installation of the TXV valve when it comes in and it seems that you are unwilling to do either so yes my words are out of frustration. Excellent service and knowledgeable and pleasant service representative. Very reasonable and efficient. Wouldn't use anyone else and would highly recommend Rinaldi's Air Conditioning Service for all plumbing, air conditioning and heating repairs.Review from David L

Rinaldi's installed a new water heater in my home about 14 months ago. The plumber that installed the water heater, "GABRIEL", was extremely professional, efficient, and competent! So, when I needed replacing 3 leaking facets and replacing a toilet, I naturally called Rinaldi's again. I was very happy today when I saw that the plumber that Rinaldi's sent out to do the work today was "GABRIEL". The work was again done very efficiently and professionally and fairly priced. Best of all, GABRIEL took the time to explain all of my choices regarding the replacement fixtures to make sure that I'd be happy with the work. GABRIEL has a great personality and is obviously very intelligent and knowledgeable, so he was able to explain to me what needed to be done in easy to understand "laymen's" terms.
