      As a senior citizen[74]i made some negetive comments about this florida breeze business,i apologise sincerely to the fine people at this business,i followed a son in law who wanted the job for his friend while Florida breeze rebuilt me a nice A/C system working as good as it gets for past 5 years,i regret passing old man/old people judgemen on a very fine business as florida breeze,i fully take that complaint back and hope florida breeze find it possible to forgive,as i need them now and future...thanks again as i said in the completion of the a/c unit Florida breeze...

      I had Florida Breeze put in a new air conditioning system in 2019. I called them today because I could not get the air conditioner to turn on. They Told me a service call would be $105. They arrived and drained water and were gone within 20 minutes and charged $230 !!! BEWARE !

      I have recently bought a new home back in January of 2021 with a full year warranty on everything. They are the ones that installed the A/C system. This afternoon May 9th my a/c went out I called them and was told that there was nothing they could for me and family till tomorrow if I didn't want to pay the outrageous $200 service fee for them to come out today cause they only do warranty work Monday - Friday 8-5. Their techs are rude and hang up on you and when you try to call back they reject your call. Yes I am making the builder aware of the customer service that the company they are using is giving to their customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone

      Good afternoon. Our warranty hours are Monday through Friday 8-5 as you stated. This is industry standard and it is also in our contract with the builder that built your home. The $200 dollar charge that you are referring to is our after-hours charge. Which is also an average charge to run a service call on a Sunday at 6:15 pm which is when you called for service. After speaking with the service tech that took your repeated verbally abusive and threatening phone calls, he did say he hung up on you and forwarded your calls at that point to voicemail. The service tech nor any of my employees deserve to be screamed and yelled at by someone that didn't get their way. We have also already contacted the builder to inform them of your repeated harassment calls and reviews. In closing, we can't help that you are not happy with our hours of operation. They are well within industry standards and also in all of our contracts with all of the builders we do work for.

      I have called the builder and talked to many people within the company and non of which knew about the Mon thru Fri clause that you are speaking of. I tried to call and talk to the owner on Monday at which time I was crussed at and again hung up on but this time it was from the owner himself. I called multiple other A/C company's after getting hung up on and I was quoted rates that ranged from $75 to $100 for a service call on Sundays. When I contacted the builder Monday morning I was told that's not their practice and that they did not know why I was told that and that under no circumstance that their Sub-contractor should be treating their customer's like that and they would be looking in to it and taking farther actions with the A/C company. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
