I had two older systems at my house that were still working. I called a different company out for a regular maintenance only to find out AC companies now have "sales techs". They are "technicians" who make commission to sell you a new unit. They weren't interested in maintaining or repairing my ACs AT ALL! When I called Dittmer Air they assured me their techs make NO COMMISION and they are only there to maintain or repair my units. The service tech who came to my house was knowledgeable, explained that my units were older, but said he would keep them running as long as he could. TWO YEARS LATER my ACs have finally given out. Only then did Dittmer Air send a salesman to my house who was very helpful and informative. He educated me about the systems and let me choose what was best for my budget and needs. I decided to use Dittmer for the replacements because I felt like I could trust them. The only negative I could say is that it took 3.5 weeks to get the equipment in for my replacement. But during this time, they provided me a temporary unit so we didn't get too hot during the summer. HONEST SERVICE BY HONEST PEOPLE
