Euro investment is unprofessional, tacky, dishonest, inconsiderate, & a mannerless company. I have had several unwelcomed and unpleasant intercations with ******* while she solicitated her water filtering company. On each visit, ******* displayed behaviors that had no respect for peoples private property. Rather than having common courtesy to knock on the front door/ring a doorbell to wait for someone to answer, on each visit she would instead aggressively bang on my front window several times and would leave immediately without giving ample time for the owner to answer the front door. After 3 of 5 visits to my home I was finally able to speak to her before she left. I did confront her about the disruptive behavior & informed her that she had been recorded on camera but rather than apologizing for her rude behavior she lied, became defensive, and was argumentative. Claudia is very rude ans disrespectful. When contacted to report complaints she hung the phone up. When told not to come back to private property Claudia refused & within a few weeks later returned to my home. I wanted to report Claudia Bustamante to the manager/owner of the LLC but found out through the CA Secretary of State that the company was owned by *******. It explains why the company is ran with such tackiness and has several terrible online reviews. After reading previous online reviews on several sites, it seems her role and her disgusting behavior has been an ongoing problem around the community. This is a poorly ran businesses and I encourage those who have had negative interactions to report these incidents to the appropriate consumer complaint centers. Bringing awareness to other consumers is very important so that others are not affected by this incompetently ran business. To top it all off the business does not meet the CA Secretary of State regulations as her LLC Statement of Information is listed past due as of 02/28/23.

Dear Vanessa we find it quite odd that you have taken so much time out of your day to leave a review on this platform after leaving our company many messages and harsh voicemails. The only thing our company ever did was knock on your door as many other sales companies do to gain customers. #1 you are not our customer #2 our representatives stopped approaching your door the first and only time you came out to tell us in a displeasing way to “stop knocking on your door” #3 evidently you enjoy putting down hard working businesses and choose to blatantly lie and taint our businesses reputation. Thank fully we have hundreds of happy and satisfied customers who value our customer service and products. Feel free to contact us if you would like clean water in the future. We hope you have grace for any companies who may knock on your door in the future. As we believe no one is deserving of the treatment you gave our sales reps. Have a good day.
