              I had service completed in 01/2024 to my rental property at ********************************************** and I've called Rainsoft at ************ 4 times requesting a itemized receipt as the amount that was charged was more than usual. I called on 02/18/2024, 02/20/2024, 02/29/2024 and 03/04/2024 and each time the receptionist states that she will get my request up to the powers that be but I've received no response. All I want is the itemized receipt for tax purposes.

              **** and ****** stopped by for my scheduled appt- they were able to install the reverse osmosis first due to the way my connections were they had to come back but explained really well and with detail what they were going to do for our next scheduled appt. When they returned back they were courteous and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They instelled the system in a timely manner. Thank you very much. Really appreciated.
