These people are a nightmare to me. I hired them to do work on my home after wind driven rain and flood damage to my home. They started the job in March and didnt finish till August 2023. My family was planning to visit with me in July 2023. They promised to be finished way before July. They did not, and my one year old grand daughter crawled around on unfinished wood floors. Blinds were left on the floor.I paid them as my insurance company paid me. That wasnt good enough or fast enough for these people and I was threatened with a mechanics lien on my home. Accounting ***** was billing them at the same time. I was threatened by accounting **** constantly. The planning director kept halting work on my home and no one showed up for weeks! My project never ended! I was sent a Preliminary Lien notice on my birthday in July. They filed a mechanics Lien on my home in August after they received well over the amount on the estimate! Then told me I had an open balance of almost 10K. I had to lawyer up as the Vice President made my life hell! Demanding more money!!! Im quite sure they dont do this to everyone; Most people dont put up with this mess! By acting this way towards a senior citizen and her disabled daughter says a lot about these people! We had the lien removed. It stayed on my records for months! These people are cruel! If you are a senior, and living on your own, I would suggest that you find a smaller company for restoration. Or you might just find yourself homeless and living on the streets!
