If I could give them zero starts I would. By far the worst auto dealership in ******! If you are looking for a new vehicle steer clear of this HOLE. You'd be better off buying from a 3rd party directly than working with this company.Pushy salesmen, poor customer service, and a finance manager who brags about being able to sell bad loans with "high-interest rates, to highly marginal customers at best."They do not stand behind their products, they are just a poor example of bad business in ******. The truck we purchased was supposed to have been "safety inspected" but less than 1 week after taking possession of the vehicle the right front hub failed at highway speed nearly causing a fatal accident.I contacted the manager of the dealership who offered no help[, and refused to take any responsibility. Ten within a month of ownership major engine failure.I remember these guys were so hyped about selling one vehicle to me they let multiple other sales opportunities just pass them by. I watched as they ignored customers who were requesting help.All around just a pool of sharks looking for a quick buck. Avoid **** ********* and the fat bald man in the back. They'd sell their own mother if they could make a buck!!!!!

Why can't I have a ZERO rating? In June of 2022, my son wanted to purchase another vehicle from them. Come to find out it was under new ownership. This time my son needed a co-signer, so I agreed. Then come to find out I was put as the main buyer and not as a co-signer. My son was able to get a Honda Civic that they had brought down from their Madera lot. It had some dents in it and the A/C wasn't working. So we were asked to bring the vehicle back the next day. Before he took the car in he washed it and gassed it up. When my son got there, they ended up taking the car back from him. After we sat in the office the day before for over 4 hours signing paperwork. It is now the end of July and I am still receiving letters of denial on credit approval. I then contacted Les on 7/25/22 to ask him how many times did you run my credit? He stated, "as many times as I needed to for approval." Then I repeated my question, Les then tells me I am not going to argue with you. Remind you I am speaking in a low tone wanted to know how many times he ran my credit WITHOUT my approval? I let him know I was not arguing with him I just wanted a simple answer to a simple question. He never answered and then hung up the phone on me. Who lets this company conduct a business like this? When I went into this establishment my credit score was over 700, a month later it is at 600. Just to get a car off the lot they don't care how much of an effect it has on the customer, they just want to get a car off the lot. BEWARE, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OF FRAUDULENT AND CRIMINAL BUSINESS. THEY WILL HURT YOU IN THE LONG RUN WITHOUT ANY HESITATION. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN AND TO REPAIR MY CREDIT BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS.

I bought a 2014 Dodge Ram on August 14, 2021 I haven't had it for a year and I already had to change one of the fuel injectors out of pocket. Now, my check engine light came on again, and not it's one of my Injector coil. I purchased an extended warranty with a $100.00 deductible....chances are the injector or coil may not be covered......here I go again, having to pay out of pocket. On June 6, 2022, I went to Auto Depot in hopes that they could trade my 2014 Dodge Ram for another truck. They finally found a truck that I would be qualified for, the problem they wanted me to "Voluntarily Repo" my truck and purchase the other truck. I explained too them that I can't afford 2 car payments, and I work for the Federal Govt'. and they will go after me and garnish my wages, they kept insisting that it would not happen. I feel that not only being pressured, but did not care about my financial being and the impact it would have on my credit I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this car lot. .

I’m a first time buyer I’ve never bought a car before. This dealership is a scammer they ripped me off. The car I just purchased from auto depot worked okay till the 3rd day. It started it turned off on me as I was driving. Electronic problems. They gave me the run around before considering putting it in the shop. It’s been in the shop for an entire month and I only had it for such a short amount of time. They also tried intimidating me saying they are apart of a mafia saying we need to pay our payments on time just threatening us. I’ve called about the car multiple time and all the shop has given me was “I’ll call you when it’s ready or the part came in. Stop ********* calling.” They would just hang up on me. The auto shop is call A & A Service. My mother came in and the guy at the auto shop said I was annoying with calling in about my car. I’m reaching out to the bank and I’m filing a BBB claim.

Honest review from a actual customer. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! The ONLY reason they have 5 star reviews is because they make you leave a good review to receive a free tank of gas. I went in looking for a reliable car for my family and was sold a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. From the day after I drove off the lot with it all I experienced was problems! I had the car for about 4/5 months and drove it twice, TWICE! It spent weeks at a time with their mechanic who couldn’t figure out what was wrong and at no point helped with another form of transportation. If you don’t believe what I’m saying just take a look at how many costumers cars they have with their mechanic all the time! They sell you junk and then tell you “oh that sucks do you want to buy another one” this place is despicable.
