              Rolling Green (a contractor of PGE) crew removed hazardous tree(s) from my property today and they changed my gate lock code and I can't get into my property. I had scheduled time (2 or 3 weeks ago) for them to come at 8 am on 5/28/21 so I could be at the property (this is a 2nd residence and I am only here on a weekday 1x per month.) I got a note to call them to reschedule and ****** ***** informed me that they did not want to work the Friday before a holiday weekend but could do the work today, Thursday 5/27/2021. I agreed to give them my gate code so they could get in and do the tree work. I arrived here after a 3 hour drive and they had reprogrammed my gate lock and I could not get in. This was 11 pm and this is a remote area and very dark and I can't believe they were so incompetent, they locked me out of my property. I expect them to rectify the situation and send someone to fix my lock first thing tomorrow morning and/or pay for expenses to fix their screw up.

              our oaks tree which are privately owned we're cut down from the front of our home 3 weeks ago. I am devastated. this tree is estimated to be 22-26 years old and was healthy. just recently prune to be far from power line. these men also mentioned they are not touching at tree or cutting down any tree. it seem like they are doing this everywhere. I saw recent complaint regarding this from other previous complaint. you will be hearing from my attorney !!!!!

              Hello, I have read your comment and can understand your frustration in this matter. I can assure you that we do not go around cutting trees that do not require a trim or removal. We are contracted to eliminate hazards as well as potential hazards for the safety of the public to eliminate any outages or fires.
