              I had the struts replaced at the Tires Choice location in Apple Valley (*** ****). However the car was never test driven and given back with defective resulting in major damage to the transmission within minutes of driving it off the repair shop. Further investigation from a certified mechanic show evidence that the Tires Choice repair resulted in negligence due to the inappropriate installation of the struts. Paperwork shows evidence that they failed to test drive the vehicle as mileage in was the same as mileage out. Attempts to resolve this were met with resistance that they would not take responsibility nor even look at pictures from the other repair shop despite multiple experts pointing that likely the shop that installed the struts is responsible. The repair cost due to Tires Choice is around 1500 dollars on top of paying 1200 to install struts. I’d like Tires Choice to pay for the damages to the vehicle . All other contact with the Manager and District Manager have failed
