This is a custom remodel project, added a grotto and spa to an existing pool, also enlarged the pool. Many changes made throughout the project by the home owners, 3 months of almost solid rain. What people don't realize is that a complicated job in it's self is going to take a lot of time. also,we get extra work days added to the contract for every change made and every rain day, after adding all those days, I'd say we are ahead of schedule.

If you are looking into getting a pool please do some research. Yes, they are cheaper than most, HOWEVER, you will have some issues. First off, customer service is not there when you are dealing with issues. The office has no communication with the owner or whomever "takes" care of issues. Last payment clearly is for deck pour and is NOT for warranty purposes at least according to the contract and if you bring that up, you will definitely be told "no it's for warranty they should have told you that" Owner indicated he will be out and fill the cracks on the raised wall of our pool and still has yet to do so. Our steps to the hot tub are a yellow color which does not match the rest of the deck. Trash was left out from different stages of the pool and had to send pictures to them because they "didn't know what I was talking about". Rebar was poking out of the back side of the raised wall and hot tub and had to send pictures because again "they didn't understand what I was saying" The neighbors fence has been leaning and was told they would fix it, which they fixed the door however the side panel or wall is leaning significantly on their end. Owners son came over to clean the mess that was left, was extremely RUDE to my husband and stated he wont fix the neighbors fence. There's pvc pipes exposed and the day the son came over he kicked a little dirt over them and told my husband "there its covered". He also chuckled and made a statement to my husband about the yellow steps leading up to the hot tub, which indicates he is noticed the crap job they did. If you call to let them know of things not properly done expect little to no help until you get snippy. They will also call the wrong sub contractors and let them know that they need to go back and fix something that wasn't even an issue so when you get a call from the sub contractor you have to let them know that what they did is good and call the office again and go from scratch. Save yourself a headache
