I have been with United docu prep since 5/2017 as I needed assistance with a pslf. During my time with them I spoke to A**** M***, A***l S******, A**** Q*****, D**** H****, C**** G*****, K***** C****a, L* M*****a, Al**** Da********d, Am***r Go******. I was being charged $19 a month and up until early 2020 I was in contact with a representative. I have called every number I was ever given and have sent emails but have not received any response. I need help getting my money back so I can ensure my pslf with my loaner is not affected. please help meReview from Bontique V

Company took hundreds from me and now I can’t get ahold of them.. all emails are returned u delivered and even the main number does not work. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO THEM!!Review from Jeannette W

I have tried every phone number that I was given by different people I have talked to from here. All no longer in service! They were taking money from my account up til Nov this yr? I signed up to do student forgiveness. On all the paperwork I was from them they said were BBB accredited. I HAVE PAID 1251 dollars SO FAR. IS THIS NOW ANOTHER SCAM COMPANY? The Representative did not tell me this was a separate payment from my student loans . I could not afford this and have asked them twice to cancel. They keep withdrawing money from my bank accountReview from Leslie V

Juan in the billing dept is the best. He worked very hard for my refund. Although I had a hard time getting my money back, Christian and Jacob were very nice and knowledgeable. I did decide to go with the Student Loan Forgiveness Progam, but if I had it to do all over again I would have stayed with Docu Prep. Thank you GentlemenReview from T. N

I don’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped me during this process, but he was awesome and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me, listened to me, answered my questions and really helped me get on the right track! I’m off to a New Start, Thank You ??Review from Kristine H

Jacob was a great help. I have called him several times with questions. He either has the answers or will find them. He is patient, knowledgeable and makes sure I understand what he’s telling me. I enjoy talking to him. He has a fun sense of humor and makes a phone call that could be tedious seem pleasant. I think when people do an outstanding job they should be told so.
