            In the dealing of business with *********************** of Fresyes Realty. I encounter unethical and unprofessional conduct in regards to a real estate purchase. I have filed a formal complaint with the state of ********** department of real estate, Fresno County and the better business bureau. He purposely deceived my realtor and broke the contractual agreement signed between parties. I think this could be best described as a breach of duty and/or acting in bad faith.

            I have never spoken with ************ on the phone, and I have never received a text message from him or an email from him. *********** hired a real estate agent who is not me. That agent sent me an offer to purchase my listing. My seller countered *************** offer. While we waited for a response from **************** agent, another offer came in from another agent representing another buyer. My seller asked if ************ had responded, and I said no because, at that time, he still hadn't. My seller then advised me to withdraw her counteroffer to ************, which we did, and his agent confirmed receiving it. My seller ultimately moved forward with another buyer. I understand that *********** is upset that he didn't get it, but the reality is, time kills deals and his agent was not timely in her response. His frustration should be with her, not me. She represented him. I have no agency with him.
