            The receptionist at the front desk programmed my number into the office phone to avoid answering my calls. I called the first few times to ask if I had turned everything in that was needed. The woman who answered told me they were waiting for my current landlord to verify my residency, she emailed them the documents back the same day. When I called to notify the receptionist, she was irritated with me, already, for being so persistent. I asked how long does it take to do the background check since she's received everything she absolutely needed from me. She told me 3 weeks. I told her other agencies do it within 72 hrs, especially when I've turned everything to them. Her response was "Okay???" When I told my current landlord, what the receptionist at Realty Fresno told me, my landlord decided to call her. My landlord told her that she was genuinely not being fair or telling me the truth since she runs applications all day ************ doesn't take longer than 72 hrs

            Unfortunately, we were not able to approve this person for the house she wanted, and she was unhappy at being denied. Her claims that her number was blocked, or that she was told applications take 3 weeks to process, are simply not true. It was disclosed to her upfront, that our normal processing time is 5 to 7 days. She started blowing up our phone on day 4. She was one of those people who calls over and over and back-to- back without leaving a message, then complains that we can't be reached. She admitted to calling 12 times in a row at one point, without leaving a message. Due to sometimes high call volume, and because we are a small company, we simply unable to answer every call. WE wish her the best of luck in finding a new home
