A Reliable Plumbing's service in fixing my plumbing problem was excellent, starting with Maria's courtesy and fast response in scheduling my service call and culminating in Manuel's and Albert's speedy arrival, professional skills and pleasant personalities. The whole experience was a blessed relief for what was a high-anxiety plumbing/septic tank situation for me.

I have had a good opinion about A Reliable Plumber, until today. I need to call them again even though they had 'Snaked' my drains a few weeks ago. Then even though I explained to the office that what the septic men and I needed was the pipes Snaked again, they 'upsold' my wife over $450 to an unnecessary procedure with no guarantee or assurances. I'm sorry to say, I will be looking for a new plumber.A Reliable Plumbing, LLC Response

I’m sorry you don’t believe you had a good service, 6 weeks prior to your recent service we were called out to clear a laundry line which was cleared. We were called back out to clear a line which now was your main line and that was explained to you through the phone that those were 2 different lines. They were able to see that your line was infested with A Lot of roots due to the magnolia tree which was also explained to your wife. Mario from the septic company had also recommended a hydroflush. Thank you for being one of our customers and hope you find a company that can fulfill your upcoming needs and to your satisfaction.Review from John M
