My hot water heater went out so I contacted AHS, my home warranty company. The plumber they sent was from a town 45 miles away. It was going to take them weeks before they could get a water heater and then schedule my replacement. AHS was no help in trying to get a plumber in my community. I called Edward and he came over that day to take a look. I explained my dilemma, and he fit me into his busy schedule. Within a few days I had a new hot water heater. What a relief to find someone like Eddie. He was professional, Dependable, knowledgeable and super positive about fixing my tub faucet leak! Also ready to tackle a shower valve situation after a bit more research. His associate Mark was also very courteous and professional. I really liked there outgoing personalities as well. Edward is professional sincere person. A Plumber who cares about his customers concerns. Accesses the problems and comes up with plan to resolve. I would highly recommend Edward to resolve your plumbing issues at your residence or business.

I thank God for Edward Roberts Plumbing. Our Hot Water Heater started went out the Day After Christmas. We called AHS on Sunday and within a few hours we heard from Ed. He found a new water heater, came to our home in the rain and worked outside to replace it. I appreciate how hard he worked and his honesty. He explained everything he would have to do. Rapid response, knowledgeable and accurate diagnosis and repair! I’ve used a few different plumbers in the mountain area, but this company surpasses all! He was here within 24 hours! Very professional and friendly service! From now on, when a plumber is needed, he’s our go to guy!
