Recently needed the service of a plumber again and we called Art Douglas Plumbing in ******. Have used them multiple times. They are always very prompt, efficient, and friendly. **** explained everything that needed to be done to repair the problem and got it done that day. Highly recommend their services.

I called Art Douglas Plumbing on a Saturday at 11:30am, and they had a technician there at my house within the hour. Dustin was professional and polite and very competent. We had a clogged toilet. We were afraid that one of our grandkids might have flushed a toy down the toilet. After removing the toilet, Dustin found a clump of fibrous roots from a palm tree that my neighbor had but removed 10 years ago. Who would have thouht something like that could happen or even be possible. The roots had invaded right there under where the toilet bolts to the floor. Anyway, thank you Art Douglas Plumbing and thank you Dustin. I highly recommend this company and give them the highest customer satisfaction rating that I can give. Have used this business many times. They are always very professional, friendly and very prompt. Brad recently came to our house to repair some problems with kitchen sink plumbing. I highly recommend Art Douglas Plumbing. I called for a stopped up bathroom sink, they were able to come at my convenience, Brad Watkins who came to my house was friendly, polite, professional, explained what he was doing, He got the work done in a timely manner. Art Douglas was amazing. Our AC went out and Raul their representative came out that day and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part and as soon as they got the part in Raul was out their to get it installed. I would definitely recommend Art Douglas Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. We have had the pleasure of having Art Douglas service our heater and air conditioning for over 20 years with no complaints. And, I would definitely recommend that having your heater and air conditioner serviced every year so they last as long as possible. As a matter fact, we just had representative Raul service our air conditioner just the other day and heater the fall of 2022. He was very professional and curious seemed to know what he was doing. Art Douglas Plumbing was very quick to respond to our toilet issue. They sent Sam Bustos to give us a quote cost for repairs less than an hour after I called. He gave us a quote and said he would return the next day to do the repairs. The next day He returned and completed the repairs in a very timely manner. Sam was Very Friendly and Professional.
