This is my second Toyota purchased at this location. My husband recently also purchased a vehicle at this location. Today I took my vehicle in for an oil change. When I left I saw there is a long crack in my windshield that was not there before my oil change. I was told that it wasn’t Toyotas fault. I advised that this wasn’t here prior to my oil change and the representative informed me that it wasn’t their fault and they weren’t going to do anything about it. I have been a loyal customer to this branch since 2013. This is the last time I visit this branch. I cannot believe the lack of customer service. I can’t believe I go for an oil change and leave with a crack window and it’s my fault. You can look at my history with Merced Toyota and I’ve never had anything like this happen. The only other bad experience is with the representative *** ******* who is always rude and racist. Every encounter I have had with him since 2013, have been unpleasant. He has time and time again showed politeness to caucasians and not people of color. I always gave this branch the benefit of the doubt and continued to give them my service. I am no longer going to a branch like this. I can’t believe this is the level of service they provide. A crack window and a shrug will fix this… Merced Toyota, you have lost my service and my future purchases. I will be informing all of my family and friends not to go to this branch ever again.
