      Very poor service. I was charged over a thousand dollars for work that still has not been completed. They don't keep you informed at all. I am very sorry I chose this company to repair my furnace. I have had no heat for over a week.

      I wish I read R.S. Review before I used This horrible company. They blame me for the fact that the system they sold me doesn’t work correctly. I told them I was buying the top of the line because I don’t want to have to replace it in my lifetime. AND they gave me an unconditional NO QUESTIONS ASKED warranty if anything doesn’t work as stated within the first year. When the AC stopped working in this summers heat spell, I called only to find out I have been blacklisted. I am on a DO NOT SERVICE LIST. It is only 9 months old. I was going through cancer and they stressed me out so badly. The amount of times they had to come out in the first month was insane, During my recovery from 3 tumor surgeries. They are horrible people and I hope respond to this in the same way they responded to RS because you will see how nasty they are.

      Hi. Mrs. *********. I can understand your frustration, however, the reason your account is considered "do not service" is because you haven't yet paid your bill for the new system. Imagine driving a new car off the lot, not paying for it, and then requesting to take it in for service. Your system has been working correctly. Your primary complaint is the indoor temperature doesn't "feel" like the temperature displayed on the thermostat. Each time we have gone out, we've used multiple different temperature sensors to show you the thermostat is accurate. You refuse to believe so. We have photos of each visit, showing the thermostat temperature and the measured temperature, and theyre exactly the same. We would be happy to upload all photos (over a dozen) to the BBB review. It's quite possible that a new problem arose, possibly service/maintenance related, however, we will need you to pay your bill prior to our arrival. If you would like, I would be happy to have the office reach out so you can settle your balance. Thank you.

      The reason the account is not fully paid is that I contested the charge on my credit cards because the system did not work as explained nor did it work as what I would expect from the most expensive Trane system. By the way, your people wouldn't leave my house without payment, even though they had not completed the job and when they drove off the lot, the payment was in full. But I got a lemon and you will not honor your warranty as even a car sale manufacturer would. As soon as I started to contest, you slapped a mechanics' lean on my property without even trying to work anything out. I also sent a certified letter to your owner, Joe Timo, asking him to contact me, with no response. Yes, well I have photos of the system not working after 6 or 7 PM daily during a heatwave. Which was when I found out I was blacklisted. It was very nice of you to respond to this complaint in such a professional manner. Which is only the second time since the first when you sales men sold me a 4 Ton AC for my 975, 2 bedroom, 4 vent home. Which I believe was taking advantage of a single, Senior woman. I would not want any of your staff in my home again. Most of you have been belligerent since the day of the install when the salesman approached me for the first time after closing the deal. He never greeted me, just said "what's the problem?" When I had questioned the crew about the size of the unit. In retrospect, that was the red flag that I should have heeded and sent you all away. What I want is for you to honor your NO QUESTIONS ASKED warranty and get this system out of my house and refund my money.
