3/22, spent almost $5k, on a reclining love seat & couch.Immediately when it was set up in my home, the love seat looked defective.The couches looked lumpy & the were reclining love seat overlapped & rubbed on each there. I contacted ********* sent someone out & said it was fine, it would work itself out. About 6 mo. later, I noticed on both pieces of furniture, the arm rest were caving in.Contacted ********* came & picked up the furniture & said they secured the armrests, that I found out were made of cardboard not wood. About 6 mo. later, the stitching on the love seat started coming apart. I am also noticing that fabric is stretching,& it likely the stitching will come apart in other areas as well.By this time I have owned the furniture for 1 yr. 2 mo. & now FF is telling me that they cannot address this issues unless I pay for the repair, pick up & del.These repair costs would be in the 100's. I finally called Southern Motion, the mnf. directly & left numerous msgs that were never returned.By the 5th call, I finally got ahold of someone who told me that they do not deal with the public & I need to go back to FF. After countless phone calls & emails fighting with FF, they finally agreed to repair the couches, but with me paying for pickup and del, $125.I was also told that they did me a favor by repairing the sunken in armrests, that was a user error. My concern is this ******************** is built so cheap.The problems will never end.FF is treating me like I am the problem and not acknowledging that this is poorly made furniture.At this point, I would like my money back.I barely owned the couch for 1yr & the extensive amount of issues are not acceptable! Southern Motion won't deal with me and now FF wants me to pay for every repair.The furniture weighs a ton & moving them in and out of my home is destroying them further, weakening my tile floor and disrupting my life.Not to mention people in & out of my house. I can't afford new furniture, the repairs & the stress, Help!
