for German Auto on Blackstone in Fresno CA, We give this place no stars they are not professional enough they make you wait longer times when you have an appointment plus online time says this company starts at 7:30am for business which not true they stated they open at 8:00am compared to the reviews online with times they also have appointments for other services wait longer days and times and we called and we get put on hold for over 15 minutes without letting us know they will be back they have people who work here need to be trained way better in their professional seat they don't even knowledge you unless you knowledge them and the main owner or manager he never on time when they say he will be in takes longer then 1 or 3 hours before he in office to explain with staff issues or concerns also staff do not know how to delegate issues when comes to speaking with customers they need a better system to be more efficient on their work and wait times I don't recommend this place there are here to make money but don't give you the customer service satisfaction. Please take your business to a better place where they treat you right.

Thanks for your incoherent comment. German Auto Repair has been serving the greater Fresno area since 1967. We also have an DUI Interlock ignition business within GAR. Their hours are 8:00am til 4:00pm. As the owner of GAR for over 30 years, I am semi retired but work everyday. I come to the office at 10:00am and stay til closing at 5:30pm. My work schedule is none of Mr. ******'s business. Actually Mr. ****** is NOT our customer, never has been our customer. He is the partner of one of our customer's who apologized to me for Mr. ******'s behavior. He started barking orders to my staff and was impolite, demanding and wanted to tell us how to do our business. The law is very clear how we must treat the DUI program. Throwing a temper tantrum and acting the fool got him nowhere. I have decided(my prerogative) to refuse service to he and his partner. Play silly games, win silly prizes.
